DIY eyeshadow primer
this primer is a Do It Yourself primer that works soooo well. it works just as well as Urban Decay's Primer potion. there are many variations of creating this "primer potion" but the basic ingredients are: a moisturizer (lotion), a body butter or thick cream (to add a thicker consistency to the primer), a foundation or concealer (basically i think this is just for the color and also it adds a bit to the consistency), and a powder (this depends on what kind of finish you want the primer to have-shimmery, matte, etc). You can use a powder foundation or I used a powder illuminator/light blush to add a bit of shimmer to the primer potion(:
here are some links that tell how to make it:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYn4qtqYl6c - i didnt use the same ingredients or products as this person, idk if the jergens will darken your eyelids so maybe use an alternative - just another lotion instead! (x
also, for UDPP users!! watch this video! i thought this was one of the most insane things ever!! however, i heard if you store the leftover primer like this it will dry up, so some people recommend lipgloss containers (with brush tip and cap) since they are airtight and can create an airtight seal so it doesnt dry up. > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXNtKiCGhx4
